The Northern Dry Gin is our first creation. It's a small-batch gin with tantalizing notes of citrus.

This refreshing spirit was inspired by our incredible surroundings: the Yorkshire peaks. The abundance of flora found in our nearby moorlands and mountains has sparked our penchant for the 12 botanicals we've used in our debut gin.

We don't like to tell our customers what to do. We think you should drink Norther Dry however you like it. But if you'd like some pointers, we love it with loads of ice, tonic water, a dash of Angostura bitters and a slice of grapefruit peel or a stick of lemon grass.
