Greystone Gin Rickey

The old favourite with a Greystongill twist

Ingredients

  • Two lime wedges
  • Greystonegill Gin
  • Sparkling water

Method

  • Fill a glass with ice and squeeze in lime wedges. Add a healthy measure of quadruple distilled Northern Dry Greystonegill gin and top with sparkling water. Stir and serve for an incredibly refreshing cocktail.
