Ingredients

• 75ml Greystonegill Northern Dry Gin
• 15ml Dry Vermouth
• Drop of Orange Bitters
• Twist of Lemon Peel

Method

• Add a handful of ice to a mixing glass followed by 75ml of Greystonegill Northern Dry Gin
• Add 15ml of good quality dry vermouth
• Stir for 30 seconds and strain into a chilled Martini glass.
• Garnish with a drop of orange bitters and a twist of lemon peel. Simple decadence!
